Sad Christmas

Sad Christmas for me, I won't have any money to buy any Christmas presents for my kids and not to mention that my oldest daughter Jilly and her son (Mikey, my Grandson) won't be here for Christmas.

I haven't ever been able to go through a Christmas where I haven't been able to buy for anyone, even know everyones says they understand the position I am in, I feel sad because Christmas is about giving and I can't give nothing but a simple hug. I hope that is enough.

I see all of the Christmas decorations out and the Christmas cheer of everyones faces but for some reason I can't get into the Christmas spirit. I don't mean to bring everyone down with posting this depressing blog but getting it out makes me feel better. I really wish all of you Happy Holidays !!!

Christmas gifts are just commercialised ideas. Who says Christmas must exchanged gifts? Who will benefit? The retailers, not us. Happiness does not mean buying expensive gifts or must buy gifts. Ask yourself, would you feel happy if your someone give you an expensive gifts or would you feel happier if your spouse or children would be nicer to you? Which is a better gift? Can you buy your precious gift of love?

I am no much better, but I learned.

I love you, great blogs you have. You are indeed beautiful.

Christmas isn't about giving presents. It's about giving love to the ones you care. And besides everybody gives presents because they don't know how to give their love (except by giving presents) and business companies will be happy with their sales.

Oddly enough I found your blog when I was looking for a "sad Christmas" image in google - much for the same reasons that you seem to have.
Now I am sitting here with tears in my eyes...
