Great blended mixture for hair and skin, sounds like it'd taste bad, but its great tasting..I prefer to mix the ingredents in a food processor, but you can use a magic bullet also.
2 c. Romaine Lettuce

2 Fuji Apples
2 Bananas
2 c. Baby Spinach
